Our Process & Timeline

Every My Clover keepsake is individually designed and handcrafted around your unique memory. Here’s what to expect from order to delivery.

01 — Order & Submit Your Image

Place your order and upload your original artwork or photo.

Within 3 days, we’ll review your image to make sure it is suitable for creating your keepsake. If everything looks good, we’ll begin creating your first design. If we need a slightly different or clearer image, we’ll reach out to you promptly.

02 — Personalised Design & Collaboration

We’ll create your initial design based on your original image and share it with you for review.

We want you to feel confident and happy with your design, so we warmly invite you to share your thoughts and collaborate with us throughout the process. To ensure a smooth journey and help bring your vision to life efficiently, we offer two review stages where you can share your feedback and request adjustments.

Once you approve the final design, we’ll move forward with production.

03 — Handcrafted Production

Your approved design is individually modelled and handcrafted just for you.

Every piece carries a special meaning, we believe it deserves the time and care to be made thoughtfully. We work carefully to preserve the character and details of your original artwork or photo, while refining it into a beautiful, wearable piece that is made to last.

 Production typically takes 2~3 weeks.

04 — Quality Check & International Shipping

Once completed, your keepsake undergoes a thorough quality check before being carefully packaged.

International shipping to Melbourne usually takes approximately 2 weeks.

05 — Final Check & Dispatch

When your keepsake arrives in Melbourne, we carry out a final local inspection before sending it to you via Australia Post.

Handcrafted Production: Approximately 2~3 weeks

International Shipping to Melbourne: Approximately 2 weeks

Domestic Delivery: 2–6 business days (Tracking details will be provided)                   

Total Estimated Time: Approximately 6–7 weeks

Please allow approximately 6–7 weeks from placing your order to receiving your keepsake.

Your keepsake is not mass-produced or made from a standard template. It is created specifically around your memory, with each detail thoughtfully designed, handcrafted and checked before it reaches your hands.
