Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Welcome to My Clover. We create personalised jewellery and keepsakes from the memories, artwork and ideas you choose to share with us.
These Terms of Service explain how our website and services work, and what you can expect when placing an order with My Clover. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About These Terms
These Terms apply to your use of the My Clover website and to products and services purchased through our website.
We have kept these Terms as clear and straightforward as possible so you know what to expect before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.
2. Website Use & Customer Information
You are welcome to browse and use our website for personal and lawful purposes.
When providing information to us, please make sure it is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping the information associated with your order correct, including your contact and delivery details.
We may update, change or temporarily suspend parts of our website from time to time, including for maintenance, improvements or other operational reasons.
3. Orders, Acceptance & Order Communication
When you place an order, you are asking us to create the selected product based on the information and materials you provide.
After receiving your order, we will review the details and confirm the order before proceeding.
In some circumstances, we may need to contact you before accepting an order—for example, if the information provided is unclear, the requested design cannot reasonably be produced, or an issue with payment needs to be resolved.
For order changes, design approvals and other important order decisions, we rely on written records through email or our website messaging system. Social media messages may be used for general enquiries, but they do not by themselves constitute an order change, design approval, price agreement or other binding modification to an order unless we confirm it through our official order communication channels.
If we are unable to accept an order, we will let you know and refund any payment already received for that order.
4. Customer-Submitted Content & Rights
Your order may be created using artwork, photographs, text or other information you provide to us.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide is lawful, that you have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or other legal rights.
You are also responsible for obtaining any permission needed to use content belonging to someone else.
By submitting your content, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or liabilities arising from your breach of these requirements, to the extent permitted by law.
We may decline an order where the submitted content is unlawful, inappropriate, offensive, or cannot reasonably be used to create the requested product. If we decline an order before production for these reasons, any payment received will be fully refunded.
5. Design Previews & Approval
For products that include a design preview, we will provide a digital preview for you to review before production.
Design approval means your clear written confirmation by email or through our website messaging system. Simply opening, viewing or receiving a design preview does not constitute approval.
You may request up to two reasonable rounds of modifications before production begins.
Once you have provided written approval, we will proceed with production. Changes requested after approval, or after production has started, may not be possible or may involve an additional cost.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
The price displayed at checkout is the amount payable for your order, including any applicable taxes or delivery charges shown at checkout.
Payment must be successfully received before we begin production.
We may update our prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
7. Production & Delivery
Because our personalised pieces are made to order, production takes time and is different from purchasing a ready-made product.
We will provide estimated production and delivery information on our website or during the ordering process where applicable. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address and contact details are correct.
If an order is returned, delivery fails, or the parcel needs to be sent again because the delivery information provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery costs may apply.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by postal services, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Because personalised products are made especially for you, cancellation, return and refund options can be different from those available for standard, ready-made products.
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains these arrangements in more detail and forms part of these Terms.
9. Quality Checks & Warranty
We take great care to make sure your My Clover piece reaches you in the condition we expect.
Every personalised piece goes through two quality checks before it reaches you. The first check is completed before the piece leaves our production facility, and the second check is carried out by our team in Melbourne after it arrives. We then carefully repackage the piece before it is sent to you.
We also take care with our packaging and handling to help protect your jewellery throughout its journey.
If you believe there is a genuine product fault or you experience an issue with your jewellery during normal use within 14 days of delivery, please contact us and refer to our After-Sales Support and Refund & Cancellation Policy for the relevant process and available remedies.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or use outside the intended purpose of the product may not be covered.
10. My Clover Intellectual Property & Customer Content
The My Clover name, logo, website, photographs, written content, designs and other original materials created by My Clover belong to My Clover Studio or our relevant content partners and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
Your original artwork, photographs and other content remain yours.
When you provide content to us for an order, you give My Clover permission to use that content only as reasonably necessary to communicate with you, create your personalised product, provide our services and fulfil your order.
We will not claim ownership of your original artwork simply because you have submitted it to us.
11. Website Content & Third-Party Services
We do our best to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, colours, product images and other visual details may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen and lighting.
Our website may contain links to or rely on services provided by third parties, such as payment providers, delivery services or other online platforms. These services may have their own terms and policies, and My Clover is not responsible for matters that are outside our reasonable control.
12. Privacy & Personal Information
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect and use information that is reasonably needed to process your order, communicate with you, provide our services and operate our business.
For more information about how we handle personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
13. My Clover’s Liability
If My Clover is found to be liable for a loss arising from or relating to a particular order, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for that order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.
This does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our business, products or services develop.
The latest version will be published on our website with the updated date. Changes will generally apply to future orders and use of our website rather than orders that have already been confirmed.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue to apply.
Thank you for choosing My Clover. We’re grateful to be part of the memories you choose to keep close.
